An international background in advertising and business development gives her a different perspective on real estate, combining creativity and commercial understanding with a strong instinct for people, opportunities and different cultures. For more than thirteen years, she has worked in luxury real estate, most recently advising on some of Spain's most exclusive properties and transactions. For her, real estate is never simply about the property. It is about the trust behind the transaction. She believes in working discreetly and personally, through trusted relationships and with the care and attention that makes every client feel genuinely understood.

Verónica Escudero

Co-founder

More than fifteen years in luxury real estate have shaped not only her experience, but the way she approaches the business — with curiosity, commitment and a genuine interest in people and property. With a background in law and a Master's in Real Estate Law, her career has taken her through many sides of the industry: leading sales teams, driving expansion and opening new offices for a luxury real estate brand, and later becoming co-owner of an agency in Seville. Her close connection to French culture and fluency in the language have also shaped her international outlook, helping her build lasting relationships with an international clientele.

Fifteen years in luxury real estate have taken her from building Barcelona's highest-performing new-development team to leading high-stakes residential launches. Her perspective is shaped by a deep understanding of what makes a property valuable — not only as an asset, but as a place to live, invest in, and call home. Her approach has always been rooted in something more personal: the understanding that real estate is ultimately about people, trust, and the places we choose to call home. Her work rebuilding homes in Ukraine with a UN-backed organisation brought a deeper perspective to that belief — that beyond the transaction, property carries meaning, responsibility, and the power to shape people's lives.
