What data we collect

We collect only the data we need to respond to you and provide our advisory service:

• Identity and contact details you provide through our enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number (optional), and the content of your message.
• Records of our communications with you, including emails, calls, and notes relating to your enquiry.
• Limited technical data generated when you use the website, such as the language version you view and the date and time of a submission.

Why we use your data, and our legal basis

We process your personal data to respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into any engagement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); on the basis of your consent, where you have given it, such as when you submit the enquiry form (Article 6(1)(a)); for our legitimate interest in managing and developing our advisory relationships (Article 6(1)(f)); and to comply with our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only where necessary, with service providers who process it on our behalf under written agreements: Resend to deliver enquiry notifications, Sanity to manage this site's content, and Vercel to host it, as well as our professional advisers where required. We may also disclose data where the law obliges us to. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Resend and Vercel, may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on the safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal obligations and defend potential claims. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
